MINDFUL PIGS is a sustainable brand that aims to merge the cruelty-free lifestyle with fashion-forward designs. Its goal is to captivate and inspire others to embrace a kinder way of consuming.  We were founded in 2022 by Maria Karimi, an Afghan-born Canadian fashion designer who is equally master bespoke tailor, and creative director of the luxury brand MAR.

Our products are designed and created with purpose; genderless, sustainably made, and cruelty-free. We firmly believe that our values are intertwined with the way we live, dress, and navigate the world.

Every brand has a unique story to tell, but it can also have a purpose to inspire and educate.  We aspire to connect various dots and bridge the gap between different aspects of life. As a collective, we acknowledge that there is still a long way to go in raising awareness about the concepts of mindfulness and consciousness and their significance in all aspects of our lives. 

At the core of Mindful Pigs is PEGOH, a recognizable figure who represents the voiceless. PEGOH is featured in prints and embroidered on sweatshirts, embodying the essence and philosophy of Mindful Pigs - that kindness is the only trend. 

Through our brand, we hope to initiate a dialogue on this important topic and contribute to its recognition and understanding.
